June 10, 2007: The blog begins to take shape…but there are some odd layout issues I cannot seem to solve. Status: “not-live.”
June 12, 2007: Added a custom header; added full compliment of categories in anticipation of student posts; settled on this design and am considering an eventual switch to a wordpress.org customizable template that will resided on my bluehenband domain as a subdomain–this will offer unlimited space for photos, posts, videos, etc. But that is in the WAY future as it will be time consuming and I do not wish to delay activation of this site. The good thing is that all posts will be imported: nothing will be lost in the eventual transfer.
June 13, 2007: Started adding student staff members as Authors this morning. Will add “UDMB PRESS” to the band website breadcrumbs as soon as one or two people post some entries. Will also make an announcement about it on SARV BLOG and via the band website blurb tool.
