Occasionally during the course of a conversation a glimmer of an idea beings to take shape and quickly turns into a gem. Always searching for “what’s next” and “how do we keep improving,” these little gems can often lead to wonderful outcomes. Improved achievement is not just found in musicianship and marching ability, but most often it is found in the areas one tends to either take for granted or even neglect. The most powerful of these tools often overlooked is communication.
Welcome to the UDMB Student Staff Blog!
In an effort to open more doors of communication among the each section’s staff and simultaneously give members of every section insight to what occurs in other sections on the field, this little part of cyberspace is dedicated.
There are many goals, both large and small for this blog–some will be reached, others will not, and new goals will be created and sought after. But some will remain constant over time, and those for this site are: fruitful thought for the author; a mix of education and enjoyment for the reader; and a place of growth for all.
